A service call is all inclusive for diagnosing and repairing your unit. You will only be charged extra if additional parts or time are required.

24 hour emergency service is available by calling our office and selecting emergency service. We will return your call within 2 hours. Non-emergency calls will be returned within 24 hours.

BEFORE YOU CALL US

Check the power switch and circuit breaker.
Check the filter for buildup.
Replace the batteries in the thermostat.
Open registers in each room.

SEASONAL TIPS

Install a programmable thermostat.
Check your home for proper insulation.
Replace air filters once a month for 1-inch filters and every three months for 3-inch filters.
Inspect outdoor air conditioning unit for debris including leaves and branches.
Schedule an air-conditioning unit and furnace inspection or consider purchasing an energy-efficient HVAC system.
